From the mountains to the sea
Dukagjini builds where it comes from and where summer is: in the capital, in Peja under the mountains, and on Albania’s northern coast.

Kosovo · the capital
Prishtina
The capital and largest city of Kosovo. Dukagjini Center stands at its entrance, where the roads from every other city arrive: homes, a business tower and shops at one address.

Kosovo · where it began
Peja
In western Kosovo, at the mouth of the Rugova Gorge and the foot of the Accursed Mountains. Dukagjini began here as a printing house in 1987 and built its first homes here in 2003.

Albania · the northern Adriatic
The coast
Shëngjin, with the dune of Rana e Hedhun at its north end, and the long beach of Tale on the Drin Gulf, about 14 km to the south. Tirana International Airport is about 55 km from Veranda.
The road to the sea
The R 7 motorway runs from Prishtina to the Albanian border, and the A1 carries on through the mountains towards the coast.
