No. Prices are given on request, together with the plans and views of the homes that are available.

Which projects can I buy in now?

Veranda Residences in Shëngjin is being built and sold now. Talea Reserve and The Northern are upcoming: register your interest and Dukagjini lets you know when they open. For homes and spaces at Dukagjini Center, ask about the Center.

Can I finance the purchase?

For Veranda Residences, yes. Through Dukagjini’s partnership with ProCredit Bank, a loan is available to buyers at home and in the diaspora.

When will Veranda be finished?

Completion is expected in 2028–29. Building began with the foundation stone on 14 May 2025.

Which homes are there at Veranda?

Four types: studios from 35 m², one-bedroom homes from 55 m², two-bedroom homes from 75 m² and penthouses from 120 m².
